Standard UK mainland delivery is £7.95

Standard delivery is 2 to 4 days, which does not include bank holidays and weekends. Once your order has been processed online and you have received confirmation, your card will be charged and the order will be processed and sent with our courier. 

Next Day Service is available. Please contact us for details. 

Heavy Deliveries

If your order falls in this category (generally in excess of 15kg), we will contact you with delivery details.  

Please note that these deliveries must be signed for.

Unwanted Goods – Order Cancellation

You can return any undamaged items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The refund will not include the cost of delivery or return postage and the items must be in good condition when we receive them. To cancel your order simply contact us by email help@zoarsaddlery.co.uk or by phone 01639 642180 and we will issue a returns goods advice number (RGA) and inform you of the exact procedure. No goods can be accepted without a valid RGA number.

We will ask you to return the items, in their original condition, enclosing a copy of the original sales invoice and your RGA number.

Please note that for goods paid for by debit/credit card, we can only make a refund to the card used to make the original transaction.


Damaged items

If any product arrives damaged notify us within 7 days and we will happily replace it. E-mail help@zoarsaddlery.co.uk or phone 01639 642180 and we will arrange this.

Any damage that becomes evident 7 days or more after delivery, any wear and tear or mistreatment of the item by the customer, is not the responsibility of Zoar’s Ark Horse & Country Centre, and we are not responsible for any claims.
